Zary is just hungry for the puck, great play by that line.

One is a player trying to make a play, the other is an official having a puck bounce off of them.
You can have an opinion on the former, but these aren't comparable situations. I don't know why posters are trying to whatabout this.

This is a game between 2 very not good teams. But I'm here for it. This is going to be fun.

The Jackets are not a good team. Keep the foot on the pedal.

No kidding. Columbus is absolutely brutal. Zero excuse to lose this game.

Did the rules with hand passes change this year or something? I don't remember them being reviewable, but also, didn't they used to be allowed if you just knocked it down to yourself?

Hand pass, is a term I hear way too much watching the Flames this season.
^ Yeah you can knock the puck down for yourself.

It has everything to do with fan bias. Pucks bounce off of all sorts of things during a game. What's the deficiency in that play? There's no logical rule change to be made here.
|
No, if he would get an assist it's no goal...saves him the embarrassment. Obviously this won't be retroactive to the first goal. Pucks bounce of all sorts of things? Like a glove lol

That doesn't make any sense. If the puck goes off a broken stick does the player get an assist? No, because that's silly. Just like thinking an official could have an assist because he got hit by a puck.
Fandom is wild.

Also, I love that Klapka is playing with some good skill and some desperation.
