Already seeing way more pitching changes with a more balanced Righty/Lefty line-up

The balanced lineup puts a lot more stress on the opposing bullpen. I think we’ll get more opportunities because we will be forcing the opposing managers to dig deeper for arms.

How was Manoah's velocity today?

One concern coming out of spring was his velocity was down, and he tends to get touched up when his velocity drops.

It was back up to normal, he just wasn't as accurate as he normally is. The Cards also have a really good lineup that didn't miss a couple of pitches resulting in home runs.

An inauspicious start to the season for Mayza.

We need the bats to get back on track.

Terrible Walk putting Cards on 1st and 2nd with no out by Bass...

Another one by Cimber to load the bases is unacceptable.

Yup you gotta go home to keep game tied. That being said the pitchers shouldn't have walked the team into that situation.

Not sure if using Biggio against Hicks is the right call. He isn’t good against high velo guys.

It's been a good one to watch with two good teams battling it out.

The new and improved Jays hit the ball no further than 200 feet! 16 singles!
