In high school, we went on a class trip to Ottawa. Two friends and were out looking around and we found a parking garage with a ramp circling up to the top.

We went to the top, and decided to take the ramp down, walking on the inside to avoid a car if it came, because we weren't stupid .

Then we noticed the ramp was connected to the support pillar in the middle by a series of horizontal concrete posts that were like steps, only not connected to each other.

We then proceeded to walk down these "steps" in the winter, all the way to the bottom, with nothing but space in between. They were icy, and if we had slipped, we would have fallen all the way to the concrete floor on the bottom.

We made it to the bottom somehow, and the last "step" was too high, but someone had conveniently left a dumpster right below it, so we climbed down onto that and then onto the ground floor.

I still don't know how we made it to the bottom without one or all of us cracking a skull open.

He would have just thrown it at a dog who pissed on his lawn.

I was holding a pack of firecrackers in the basement and wondered whether the laces that held the pack together were flammable. The answer was a resounding yes, so I dropped the pack and made a huge burn spot in our brand new orange (it was the 70s) carpet. My mother raced down to find me stomping it out in a cloud of smoke and asked what was going on. Typical teen answer...'nothing'.

I had a bad one one Saturday night. Got home late with the kids and quickly filled up the washer fluid in the car before going inside. Only after I filled it up did I realize that I had poured it into the coolant reserve tank! Flip!

The emergency measure was to siphon everything out of the coolant tank and top it up with proper antifreeze. I'm 80% sure that I will do a full coolant flush on Thursday to fix it properly. I'd appreciate any advice from people out there who know more about engines.

I almost always manually type in "google.ca" and go there to type in my search even though you can just type in what you want to search for in the same bar and hit enter.
