Lol you are trying too hard. Is this FlamesFan05s alt. The Flames already competed with and won games against top teams this year. Strength of schedule isn’t a total excuse but you are pretty daft if you can’t see beating better teams is harder and could affect the record.

Give the Avs a .880 save percentage and the Flames a .919 save percentage and I bet those standings would about flip.

I keep saying Vladar needs more leash. Marky will still be the starter, but Markstrom has a track record of plaing better on rest and Vladar needs a few starts in a row here and there to get his mojo.

But even if the team played well at times, scoring one goal with really nothing going on offensively should be the bigger story in this PGT.

One goal. And not nearly enough from some of their supposed scorers. I don't remember Eat Bread or Dube doing much of anything. These lines ain't working.

Markstrom turns into a Swedish Sieve for one or two goals a night and here we are.

Wouldn't mind going back to the original lines to see if they get Mangiapane and Dube going again. If you want to keep Ruzicka on the first then throw Coleman back on the 3RD with Huberdeau and Backlund. Backlund looks like he can actually anticipate some of Huberdeaus outside the box passes.

they are obviously easing him back in, he is on the third pair and PK...wasn't a ton of PK tonight
