Some of the Penguin fans comments were truly hilarious. Fun fans.

Does Sutter even talk on the bench ? Lol I just saw his hand move behind a player and that player immediately jumped on ice lol.
Meanwhile on Oilers bench, woodpecker does this and the wonder twins immediately jumped on ice.

If centre is one of the Flames' weakest spots, then I'm 600 feet tall.

Centre group? That’s just trolling at this point. Only someone who is absolutely devoid of mental acuity could make such a claim. If anything, centre is one of their weakest spots
I hate to make assumptions, but I feel like this person doesn't watch hockey.

Oh man. Oiler fans extra salty tonight. It’s hilarious that they can’t handle the media talking positively about the Flames for the first time in forever. It’s like they don’t get any attention.

To be fair he probably does watch all Edmonton games.
Edmonton has 4 centers named McDavid. In fairness hard to beat that lol. Having 1 centre named McDavid ok , 2 there's an outside chance but 4 McDavids? I'd like to see that.

can't remember a game when the Flames dominated the circle as much as they did yesterday. Stats say 64%, but it even felt more lopsided ... Lindholm going 17-3 is bonkers. I watched the Pens feed for a while and there was a moment in the 2nd when the PBP said something like "it'd be great if the Penguins could win a faceoff in the offensive zone for a change ... and Lindholm wins again". You could hear the frustration lol

Answer: We have two #1 lines

I was going to say the same thing, do we know who has the tougher competition between the two lines?

If Huberdeau‘s line gets the toughest competition most of the time it gives Kadri and co the chance against weaker competition, since they are producing better than the Huberdeau line at the moment, this is what makes sense. Still line 1B in my eyes. Can be a 1-2 punch. Only the oilers fans can’t see that because they’ve never had two complete top lines.

Pretty sure Kadri’s line is up against the other team’s top line most of the time.

Good win, didn't like the dominance of Pittsburgh in the 2nd though. Calgary was up what, 22 shots after the 1st and by the end of the 2nd they were trailing in shot count?

Not the prettiest win but it works.

Reality - Huberdeau isn’t playing well to start the season

Media - You might think that Huberdeau isn’t doing much, but don’t believe what you see! Look at this cool backhand pass that resulted in nothing. He’s playing amazing!
Yet it's ok for announcers to soil their shorts every time McAvi does a rush that results in nothing because he skates fast.

Versus the Blues, he juggled the puck. It was worth a push notification. His team got shut out.

Imagine how good it'll be if the Flames improve their weakness at centre!
