The font suggests some sort of First Nations imagery to me…

As an aside, I do think it would be awesome if they built the new arena on Tsuu’tina. I’m actively rooting for that outcome at this point.

The font? You mean in the reverse retro logo? I think its the same as last time. Nothing to be read into.

So if we’re comparing the actual leaks to the “predictions” that were posted earlier: Columbus was close but with slightly different colouring, font and shoulder logo, Washington had the wrong color striping, and Nashville had the wrong color completely. Seems to have been just based on the leaked logos and not a whole lot more IMO:

That Nashville logo is better than their main one. I wonder if it would have been used more had they not originally stuck it on a truly ugly jersey.
