I may have missed this but Jeanine gave her advantage to protect it to Dwight right? so did he leave with it last night? Or can he hand it off to someone, is there rules around that? cant recall ever seeing it

Ya, I'm not sure if he managed to slip it back to her when he knew he was done for, it kinda looked like he was moving his hand around his pant leg next to her.

From everything I've seen from the episode it seems as though Dwight left with her advantage. That's why she kept trying to reach back and Dwight wasn't getting the hint

That sucks for Jeanine.
I'm really surprised I still have both picks going, after the first episode or two I just assumed Cody would have been voted off. But since then he's kind of chilled out a bit and shut his mouth, which is good. Seems to be under the radar right now.

I liked that Immunity challenge. That tunnel looked a lot easier than it was, apparently.
I have been wondering, as folks started to know about the Knowledge is Power advantage, various uses for it. I don't recall if someone you give your idol or advantage to can use it, but I don't think that they can.
Thus, it looks like KoP is going to be used to start taking idols and things out of play. Look at all the scrambling that was done pre-Tribal. Looks like a couple idols and advantages were removed from the field.
Could be some interesting uses around KoP in the future. Do you keep it as quiet as you can...or do you let it be known, so that people shuffle around stuff to keep it from you, and thus making them vulnerable.

Kind of a meh episode overall.
I was wondering what Ryan was doing with that pole, and if Jeff just hadn't seen it, but apparently it was allowed.

They should have sent Ryan home. I wasn't a huge fan of Jeanine, but it was kind of disheartening to see her get beat down episode after episode just to get the boot. I was hoping they'd move on to a new group of threats, but they went for the easy kill.

Many of us saw it coming, since Jeanine has been on the bottom the past two weeks. But we still had hope that she could pull through and flip the vote. After Owen won the immunity necklace, he was no longer in danger as one of the four people on the bottom. Plus, when Sammi said he wanted to make his move, we expected enough people to flip between him and Cassidy.
However, at the end of the day, when Jeanine’s idol was voted out (or so she thought…) she felt like her game was done. And when you think that way in Survivor, it can easily become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Without the confidence to get the votes on board, the majority alliance voted Jeanine out.

I feel like there is a big gap between the top 5 and bottom 5 too. I could see 5 people winning based on gameplay and the edit, and it is the top 5 you listed

Week 9 brought us a classic Survivor double elimination in the form of a tribe split at the final 10 players. The first group of five was Karla, James, Owen, Sami, and Noelle. While in the majority, Karla and James seemed to have the power, Sami and Noelle were ready to make a big move. Noelle used her advantage to steal Owen’s vote as a way to make James feel comfortable, and Owen got Karla on board to vote out James. Bye bye, “godfather “James.
Then, in the second tribal council in the episode, Cody, Jesse, and Gabler teamed up to target either Ryan or Cassidy who were voting for each other. Ryan and Cass had a longtime rivalry from their days at Coco, and now it was all coming to a head. Because they felt Cassidy would be better to work with in the long term (and would upset Karla less, who they've all have good ties with), they decided to send Ryan home.
