Being a Bears fan must suck.
Considering the last 5 years I'm not sure that the organization and fans actually know what a QB looks like.

Contrary to my last post, at least the game isn’t a stinker (so far)

The Bears secondary is certainly having a stinker tonight, Rams killing them with big plays.

5 years? You gotta go back to Sid Luckman and leather helmets for most of their team records. Thank god they had Buddy Ryan to carry them to at least one title.

If they had fired Nagy like they should have a new coach would be in taking his lumps with the rookie. Instead he'll probably end up starting Foles instead of Fields.

Cutler was actually not that bad up until the 2015 season. They weren't a great team under Cutler but Cutler was pretty decent.

The NFC West teams were just better teams today. Those division games will be a must-watch.

As expected.

Look forward to Fields playing along the 1st overall pick next season

Yeah... tell your God to ready for blood. They were 4-0 and a combined +65 points, scoring a total of 141. Three of them played on the road.

EDIT: Meanwhile, the NFC North went 0-4 and were -66.

As a Raiders fan I have got used for cheering for a team with a defense that year after year manages to break various defensive futility records so I probably appreciate watching a good defense more than some fans. I imagine being a Bears fan is the exact opposite feeling.

That pick will be playing for the Giants, you traded it to move up and get Fields.

If the Raiders pull off a win tonight the AFC West would be 4-0 to start the year too. The AFC North is probably the better Division in the Conference. Still the Chargers have a QB who can win games, the Broncos just need a functional game manager at QB and the Raiders just need their defence to be below average to win. Might be a bit tougher for KC this year. I don't expect every other teams punter to drop the ball and gift them the game.

I mean the AFC West got to play two NFC East teams to start so there is that. Feels like the Giants are going to emerge as players for Deshaun by the end of the year, Daniel Jones is what he is at this point.

It feels like a matter of time until Judge gets replaced by Jason Garrett as well. Judge challenged a scoring play yesterday doh! Has there ever been a time when both NY franchises have been so bad for a good half decade.

Jets at least are trying to head the right way, they are digging out from the Gase era of course. The Giants still have Gettleman's awful GM'ing to work out of so it might be a while for them. But yeah if Jason Garrett is the most competent coach on your staff....yikes.

I'm not so sure the NFC East is going to be that much worse than the NFC North this year. I expect Green Bay won't play like they did yesterday all year, but there was a lot of dysfunction coming into the season that looks like it could carry over. Even if they get it together, are any of Minnesota, Chicago, or Detroit scaring anyone?

Daniel Jones, is bad, and there's no way he gets thru the entire season. I still don't know what to make of Philly, but Jalen Hurts was pretty good yesterday albeit against a bad defence. The WFT does have a legit defence, and as much as we all love to watch the Cowboys come up short every week. When they have Dak, they can play with anyone. Right now I think I'd rather take my chances with the bottom three in the NFC North than any of the NFC East teams any given day...save the Giants starting Daniel Jones.
