I think the biggest thing with Lucic is confidence. Last year he constantly bobbled the puck but it stopped in playoffs once he got momentum and simplified his game.
A weak game off the start of the season and it’s shot again. I see the rationale in sitting him, but I think that would send his confidence into the abyss.
