Confession - I actually posted the link you cited by accident (and since edited)!

But so awesome that it worked out!
This Haley's (Sweets n Eats) stuff looked delicious as mentioned and glad she got some business as a result. How awesome is that...
These Haleys both know their sweets!

The Haley I know and have ordered from is:

Sweat Treats by Haley - she's doing everything through Instagram at the moment and doing well that way.
Just to be clear on the link to distinguish the two ; )
https://www.instagram.com/sweettreats.by.haley/

She (Flame n Smoke) also recently released a new hot sauce:
(maybe should be official hot sauce brand of Flames faithful ; )
https://www.instagram.com/p/CIy3WGFldzo/

"HONEYED PINEAPPLE JALAPEÑO

"Caramelized honey pineapple with hot jalapeños & a hint of lime infusions will give this hot sauce a delicious sweet but spicy flavour.

It hits the Scoville scale to 8,000-10,000, adding just enough heat to everything but also great to drench your food in if you are feeling wild."

Also has a giveaway contest going on ($50 value) https://www.instagram.com/p/CI1o74tFycv/

Haha well now I’m addicted to the cinnamon buns, polished off 4 in less than a day. I guess I’ll have to order more. I can only imagine what the brownies are like

I'm going to pump surferguy's tires here as well. I was actually done all my Christmas shopping early this year and didn't really need anything else. But I kept coming back to this discussion and I just liked the spirit of it - local recommendations for cool stuff to support our friends and neighbours through a tough year.

I am fortunate to be in a position to reach a little deeper this year, so I went out shopping again and hit three or four places recommended in this thread. So, some in my circle will receive an extra gift but that wasn't the point - I just hope that my little bit of extra spend helps some of these small business that are fighting to survive.

As for surferguy - I reached out last weekend, he accommodated my late order, and had it ready for me to pick up this morning. Just an all around simple and pleasant transaction. And he makes cool stuff!

It was a pleasure to meet you yesterday and thank you for the opportunity to build something for you. It is gratifying to send pieces off to homes that appreciate them. Hopefully next time we will be able to shake hands.

Bridgeland Market is awesome, especially if you want a wide variety of specialty foods for a gift.

I'm lucky I can walk there. They have awesome everything and the prices are competitive with the supermarket.

Justin and Gem by Carati is awesome if you need any jewelry this Christmas. Had an absolutely terrific experience with him a few weeks ago.

Flame n Smoke recently released a new premium, gourmet hot sauce flavour for order:

TANGELO FRESNO
- a mandarin-grapefruit hybrid fruit with hot fresno peppers
(this flavour won a flavour choosing contest)

(maybe should be official hot sauce brand of Flames faithful ; )

https://www.instagram.com/p/CKmW-sLBPiI/

She did have few extra bottles of (not sure if still remaining)
BLACK TRUFFLE CHILI

"This decadent creamy smooth hot sauce has the earthy nutty notes of black truffle and the spicy tang of hot chili peppers."

Ok now what. I can’t just hand over this awkward box with a hole in it.
