I was initially surprised that Rinne was left in for all eight goals, then I remembered that John Hynes is a terrible coach
I still don't understand what Poile was thinking with that hire. Hynes is a Gulutzan level head coach. How does a team trying to hold on to a wild card spot play a game like that at home? If they miss the playoffs how do they come back with Hynes?

This is the whiniest post of the OOT thread lol. The Oilers are three points ahead of an underachieving Flames team not even on 100 point pace. Have they played above expectations? Yes. Are they cup contenders? Highly unlikely.
