Spector and Staples already justifying what he did, its actually a disgrace.
Kicking at someone with a razor sharp skate whether it contacts is dangerous.
Kassian hasn't been the same since Tkachuk showed no fear in taking him on, he's been awful since he signed that deal.
A second hearing in weeks and Oiler fans think its going to be a fine, they're just a dumb fan base, this is going to be a major suspension.

There are thousands of great players just itching for a chance to make the show, but instead we waste a roster spot on a player who will eventually end up ending someone else's career and livelihood.
