But I think calumniate was saying they are “just coconut oil” in the same way that donuts are “just sugar.” There are other ingredients too but more sugar than you should probably be eating.

The point is that beyond meat is not particularly healthy.

Basically yeah. I should have provided more evidence. Coconut oil might be useful in cooking (i.e. put a dollup of it in your wok if you're going to stir fry something), but just eating large amounts of it is highly wrong. It's the worst type of saturated fat. You'd be better off eating butter, or fat from actual meats

The breakfast wraps are good if you go no sauce. They put way too much on and it drowns the thing.

I've had hospital cafeteria food better than Tim Hortons. The last time I ate anything from there was when I shredded the roof of my mouth with a 'bun' that was as hard as cement and sharp as nails. I legit thought I needed stitches as it bled for about 2 hours.

It's absolutely mind blasting to me how this company is so successful selling such bland garbage food and bland garbage coffee. It's like their head chef has the palate of a 9 year old. I will give their Americano a pass though. In a pinch it's actually a decent coffee.

It's almost as if Canadians just eat it, like we all ate that one friends moms cooking with a smile even though it was awful, but you were too polite to hurt her feelings.

Yeeeeeesssssss. If there's a heaven, I want the clouds to be made of Safeway chocolate croissants.

Haha! I actually used to like their sandwiches until they weaponized the bread.
