I get not wanting teams to continually challenge goals for interference and only having one challenge, but if that challenge fails does that means it's essentially free shots on the goalie? There has to be a better solution.
That 100% shouldn't have been a goal.

Well that's why if you're gonna challenge, be sure to win. You get to pick the point of the game you wanna use it.
Maurice was dumb to use it literally 30 seconds into a game, where it wasn't obvious they would win it.
