Betting lines are set by the bettors.

If you dropped a huge wager 15 mins prior to puck drop, the line could theoretically move, but truth is that there would be very very few situations where the deletion of a projected starter would move the needle that much. Maybe in 04 if Kipper hurt himself in the pre game skate or something.

Those situations are few and far between mind you.

Things like pro line have actually removed betting from (already listed and wagered on) games before but, again, very rare.
