Agree - he has been given a shot and is comporting himself well.
What happens with James Neal when he is ready to come back? If Czarnik keeps up this play, the Flames can be patient with Neal and make sure he is 100%.

Minnesota can win every game the rest of the way and they still can't knock Calgary out of 3rd in the Pacific. Arizona is all that matters until such time as a different Pacific team passes them.

Mangiapane is the obvious choice to sit when Neal is back. Czarnik has to stay, the guy is literally the biggest reason why the Flames are continuing to win while Gaudreau and Monahan have been cold

I think a new second line right winger with Fro the odd man out is probably the best path forward. Nyquist, Simmonds, Kreider, Hayes and of course Stone could fill that hole.

He wasn't "outplayed" so much as he was exposed when Peters kept putting him out there with Tkachuk - Backlund in a role out of his element, or with Dube or Ryan on undersized lines.
For the last five games he's played opposite a winger that plays a hard forecheck style (either Bennett or Frolik) and with a center in Jankowski who has a bit of size to offset Czarnik's lack thereof.
Having high skilled players like Ryan, Czarnik is great but if they lose board battles it gets magnified when they do it on the same line. Good line construction is about having balance.
