Incidental, happens a lot with no call.

I like the precedent being set here, if it's to be used consistently.

There can be goaltender interference that isn't a penalty - you see that on goals called off all the time.

Apparently, the whistle not being blown as quick as you'd hoped is now a reviewable play.

I almost think that Anderson also pulled his hand back to avoid the poke from Tkachuk and that was the bigger factor in the puck going in. Tkachuk did make contact as well. Poor call.

I can't stand reviewing calls. Let the refs review at their descretion and let the call on the ice stand even if they make a mistake.

Incompetent refs are just using it as a do-over for a #### up on their end. SHOULD’VE been blown dead but since it wasn’t they used “interference” as a cop out. By the nature of the rule there is NO WAY that is interference. They might as well just start flipping coins instead of doing a review.

About a week or two ago Classic_Sniper said that the Tkachuk Backlund line's lack of production was "glaring" when Bennett was up on there, even though their offensive production to that point had been objectively more than respectable.

I believe in the Jays.
|
I'm totally fine with the call, but as always, I'm left confused by what the rules actually are.

If they're both going for the puck how is it interference though? Tkachuk won the race.

Then it was a loose puck in the crease and he can go for it.
Interference is preventing the goalie from making a move.
