I put $100US on the Flames to win the cup when I was down in Vegas at the start of the season. I think it was 33-1. Thought I lost my ticket when I went looking for it a few weeks back, but I did track it down!

Flames were 10-1 at the Bellagio last week to win the Cup. I generally don't make futures bets but was going to put down a few bucks anyway and just ran out of time.

Taking the Flames -1.5 and the over vs. Kings last Monday had me gun shy about betting on my team.
