You can tell Oshie wants the get even goal. He's just too fidgety to keep the puck on great plays.

The NHL really needs an official upstairs in the playoffs just for obvious wrong calls. Not to interfere outside of correcting absolute wrong calls. To pretend that we don't have the Benifit of high def replays now and carry on with a penalty that is clearly incorrect in today's day and age is asinine

still can't believe all four missed that call...knew it was a bad call, but shrugged their shoulders and went ahead with the call anyways...

any chance the NHL apologizes after game for making a bad call? Doubt it...

Both him and Oshie seem inspired. Kuznetsov as well I think.

It's funny that Hrudey and Friedman said exactly what I did. All refs have to do is look up to see if they got the call right. Replays are usually instant. Why Kyper was all uppity about it blew my mind a little.

Kypreos is scared of the slippery slope that it can cause.
Sure only if it's obvious should the refs look at the big screen or Toronto calls and they sound the horn.

But what does 'obvious' mean? It is only high sticking vs puck calls? Slashing vs puck calls? Hooking/Diving?

It's not always going to be and that line creeps closer and closer to grey areas of interpretation.

NHL is amazing these days, Chiasson and Smith-Pelly (3rd-4th liners) are that fast on transition.
