On NBCSN Roenick correctly identified ( showed replay twice) and commented on the slash to the hands. He vehemently criticized the lack of a penalty on the play.
Really no excuse for a penalty or PS not being called.

The Lightning have a 3-1 lead after twenty minutes. There were lots of shots, 19-14 in favour of Tampa Bay. Palat has two goals which came early in the game.
