3rd line has some fantastic chemistry.
Hathaway isn't particularly skilled, but he busts his ass and has surprisingly good hockey sense to make up for the lack of a great shot or anything.

I don’t know why Backlund hasn’t been the netfront player since the start of the year. Best player on the team at tipping the puck, always available for the high slot shot-pass tip, and great bumping the puck to the middle.
Great goal.
