Wear it. Flames are going to show us they are not quite the gutless bunch some may think they are.
They may be a flawed team, but I absolutely expect an inspired effort and in particular, a really strong start.

I'm penciling in another disaster. I don't like the odds given the minimal adjustment from last game.

I’m in Toronto tonight and thought about trying to go to the game. Tickets prices here are absurd though. How do people afford to go to Leafs games?

Monahan with the winner.

This made me laugh, thanks.

It's brutal. StubHub for decent 3rd level seats are still like 130USD per ticket.

Remember... They raised ticket prices to protect season ticket holders.

Our Ontario boys usually suck vs the Leafs

I had a pair of tickets in the Greens (face value) for Flames vs. Leafs last Tuesday. It came to $198 for the pair.
The equivalent pair at the ACC tonight (upper corners) is $380
Flames need to make a statement tonight. Smith will have a big game. There's no way this game will be boring.
Leafs got a garbage first goal in that last game. It became a little chippy probably because they knew they were facing each other in a week's time.

While the optimism is refreshing, you've highlighted one of the team's biggest issues.... How frequently are they able to have a strong start these days? Always seem to be playing catch up. Maybe it's just those games are more noticeable.

My expectations are the flames get embarrassed the next 3 games and Gulutzan is gone.
The other side of the coin is tonight is a season defining turnaround game

Although I'm in the fire the coaching staff group, I do hope the bold part happens. Let's hope this game is the first game of their 10 games winning streak like last year.

Glad I'm not the only one who sees himself as a curse seeing the flames live when they come out this way.
Could have gone to this one but just too much money and hassle so I'm just watching it on the 65" tv with far cheaper beer.
Go flames! (Please don't suck)

Or they just continue to muddle along like the also-ran they've been for almost 30 years.
