Now we'll see how Parsons shakes off that one.

Parsons constantly trying to play the puck for whatever reason, got burned. Best for him to learn this now

What the hell was that? What a terrible goal.

I dunno feel like if you're gonna play the puck just play it towards the open corner, don't try to beat the forecheck. Bad bounces happen, safe play is best play for goalies.

They absolutely should. That was ugly but four years from now that will save him a few otherwise unstoppable goals.

Tkachuk reminds me of a much stronger, grittier, meaner, faster and better version of Colborne.
He's a prick out there and we've been needing a prick since Nieminen left.

Parsons looks good, needs to work on his puck handling. Not shocking, for a goalie his age.

Definitely that would be the one NHLer I would compare him to. When Perry steps into the ice he is a mean player and will do anything to win. I see that in Tkachuk. Both probably around the same size and both sneaky strong.

Jankowski 6'2''?
Is it just me, or has his reported height lost .5" each season since his draft +1 height of 6'4''?

I know it's just a "____er Colborne" joke, but anyone else think Tkachuk might be an upgrade over Colborne by the time January, February roll around?

Nah there are far too many goals scored because of it. There are very few times where they do something useful with the puck. Just not worth it.

That was my thought, but Perry's "prickness" is more accidentally on purpose while Tkachuk is more "&#&@ you" like Bennett

Parsons good at tracking the puck and rebound control, just had a brain fart on the goal. But otherwise, looked steady in the net.

Watch Rinne against the Sharks in last year's playoffs. His puck handling was probably the only reason that series wasn't gentleman sweep.
