One minute you have Nicholson glossing over the major issues that have this organization in the toilet, shoving more crap about McDavid and the new arena being a new start. Meanwhile a few hundred feet away you have the coach trying to get rid of that same mentality. Pick the guy that came here under Lowe and Laforge, and pick the coach who made a bad choice last offseason who has more pride and is not under the same delusion that the rest of that organization, fans and press are.

If the oilers don't win the draft lottery and get pushed out, I bet they will be screaming mad. They will blame the league with conspiracy theories and complain that they have been robbed.

I don't watch a lot of Oilers games, but I can totally see why their record is worse with McDavid in the line up. Seems like the rest of the team just quits when he's on the ice, or they're freaked out about playing with him, and screw up passes from him. They always seem to miss the net when he sets them up.
Lol, maybe Katz gives McJesus preferential treatment, and the guys are annoyed by it. Who knows.
