Gaudreau making Hamonic look like a right chump there.

True, but it's not always followed as we can see even in this game. But the Flames are sure gonna do it.

Stajan has a history of concussions.

Why does Halak's mask look like he's playing for the Oilers?

Flames have turned it on. Halal is keeping the Isles in it.

That Colborne shot was difficult - right below the elbow - but Halak held tight.

Agreed

I like Martin. But against the Flames I hope he answers for everything. Ferland probably not too pleased getting slashed on his way off the ice either

Upon watching the replay, Hamonic actually got his stick on the puck as JG made his first move, but JG is so good he picked up the puck off his shin pad and back up to his stick without missing a beat or stride.

I've seen two hits by Martin that are most definitely charging. If Bollig didn't respond, we would have some injured players tonight. Good for him.

4 weeks ago I am guessing Stajan doesn't go to the bench (assuming he is legit fine).
One was a head shot the other a clean hard hit.

Because the Islanders and Oilers both have blue and orange as their colours?

I know that too. But he also gets up slowly after a lot of hits and plays fine afterward. I'm not saying this is a bad thing. I'm saying I think he's fine and the Flames are being cautious for more than one reason. But that's just a guess.
