I have my doubts that the Panthers can score the winning TD. Wade Phillips has done a masterful job with The Bronco defence.

The way Denver's defense is playing, I think Carolina should do a hurry up offense and not give Broncos' D time to get ready. Carolina is guilty of way too many penalties in this game.

Officiating has not been the deciding factor in this game at all.
Turnovers and a couple key ST plays are the difference along with a stifling defense on both sides.
Awesome defense actually...love it.

way to conservative for the time left in the game IMO...you have to at least attempt to gain a 1st down there.
