Guys are being too harsh on Colborne. The Wing player ducked a little as the hit came and Joe just followed through with his size. You have to call it when players get hit in the head, but it was Larkin's fault he got hit that high.

I find they spend way too much time going backwards. They tend to dump the puck back to the defense men in their own zone, hoping the opposition will chase the puck in and open up the neutral zone for a stretch pass. Other teams aren't buying it any more. They are dropping back and taking that away, sending on only one guy in and leaving the defense to pass it back and forth. The Flames blueliners just refuse to try and skate the puck out.

Flames seems to be pretty good at giving confidence to other teams. Good thing we're not playing the Ducks anytime soon.
