I am as optimistic about him as a prospect as I have ever been - probably more so. He is already starting to demonstrate, and pay dividends with respect to point #1.

I firmly believe that, in time, he will also deliver on point #2

I recall many arguments with Moon over Ferland's potential, his hatred of him was just completely clouded even more by his hatred to the Saskatoon Blades, made for extra trollish comments. Would love to see his excuses for him now. Ferland is starting to become the player I hoped he could be when I saw him in Junior, he just had that look that he wouldn't stop till he was an NHLer.

I'm a big fan of Granlund, but he seems kind of out of place on that fourth line. Especially as the series gets more physical. He hasn't won too many puck battles on the forecheck. If Byron is healthy I'd love to see him or Shore slot in on that fourth line.

Four hockey fans are mountain climbing. Each climber happens to be a rabid fan of a different NHL team. One from Ottawa, one from Calgary, one from Toronto and the other from Vancouver.

As they climb higher and higher, they argue more and more about which of them is the most loyal to their particular hockey team. As they reach the summit, the climber from Ottawa takes a running leap and throws himself off the mountain, yelling, "This is for the Ottawa Senators!" Not wanting to be outdone, the climber from Toronto throws himself off the mountain, shouting, "This is for the Toronto Maple Leafs!" I still don't see where Hartley was in the wrong for simply rolling out his 4th line.


On the other side, Richardson gives Stajan an illegal MMA style beatdown, while Hamhuis joined to "aid" Dorsett in giving Eggers a Compton style beat down. And Eggers is the one to face three misconducts?!?!?!?

If this isn't evidence that the league clearly has it in for Calgary and is favoring Vancouver to win the series, then I don't know what is.

The Flames have done nothing but play the game the right way throughout this entire series, and have gone about doing things in a classy way. The Canadian way. Meanwhile, the Canucks (both players and fans) have resorted to their usual goonery and thuggery. Lest we forget, that god awful tweet about Matt Stajan's deceased baby.

I predict a 5-1 Flames victory tonight. It will be similar to when Boston went home during the finals in 2011 and absolutely punished the Canucks for their goonery from the first two games.
