Girly...I thought the media had done the Darling story to death...ECHL SPHL AHL USHL CHL...was cut from low minors, too much booze...'Hawks threw him a life line...

Powder...Timmonen never recaptured his form, but, due to an injury to Trevor VanReimsdyk, and a total lack of trust in David Rundblad, Q is forced to dress Timmonen, and try to spot him in matchups.

'Hawks jump on the Preds early in the 3rd OT, and put them on their heels...Kane circles, puck works back to the point, Seabrook blasts through a Bickell screen...Rinne never saw the GWG.

The 'Hawks have an awful 3rd period, and now have to win one of the next two...Nashville hasn't been as good on the road as at home, and must find a win at the UC.
Odd fact...that was the first ever home win for Nashville when facing elimination.

Good news, game six of this series will be on NBC Saturday night at 1800h Mountain. Sportsnet will show the game too and it would not be surprising to have Randorf, Galley, and Campbell-Pascal being the canadian commentators.
