Wouldn't mind seeing a clip of Johnny making those blocks.

Those 2 defensive plays at the end of the game show why Gaudreau should be a shoe-in for the Calder.

Sure he puts up points, but he's defensively sound despite being an insanely undersized winger. I cannot believe how quickly he and Mono have become legit top line players.

We're so lucky!

That's certainly the most noteworthy thing I took away from his game tonight as well. Kudos.

Still upset with that BS hit by that POS Ritchie. It was even dirtier looking at it in slow motion. We're lucky Monahan wasn't injured by that play. He better be suspended.

I'm disappointed at what a pathetic diver Benn has become. I always thought of him as a good, hard-nosed Canadian boy. Nothing makes me angrier than watching a guy flop trying to draw penalties.

With a minute left to play I look over at my 6 year old Son and he shows me that he has a Monahan t-shirt on under his Hiller jersey. I high-fived him...and wiped a tear from my eye.

This makes me so angry!!

You can see Mony taking his right hand off his stick moments before the hit, getting ready for a solid, but legal hit. Then at the last minute, the dallas player goes up and INTENTIONALLY hits his head with a clear intent to injure.

Mind blowing that wasn't 5 and a game.

Infuriating.

Desperation or not. The Flames made it really easy for Dallas in the 3rd, turning the puck over 8 feet from their blue-line a zillion times and not being able to win a draw. Anyways take the 2 points and move on, if they can some how beat St.louis, they have Edmonton and Phoenix after...

We controlled the game until the second when Dallas was playing for their season. The only moment we were hemmed in our zone prior to the third should have never happened as it was a obvious missed offside .... Not the dallas player getting back with the puck in the corner.

Flames got a lucky goal but Dallas scored a goal that was offside and should have had a 5 minute major to kill off

Boy, this team... wasn't the prettiest but they pulled through and that's what you have to do. What an effort by Johnny Gaudreau at the end there blocking the Benn shot and then coming back and preventing that pass from coming across. Kid has heart like this team.
