Vancouver is followed by Anaheim (18), LA (17) and Detroit (16). The Flames have 10 for those who are curious.

Buffalo led the league in number of b2b's with 19... So that's why they suck so bad.

76 games into the season and Jiri Hudler is top 10 in NHL scoring. I don't think anyone though that would happen the day the Flames signed him.

He's been unbelievable! Such a smart player and awesome mentor for the youngsters.

Bold prediction time:

Pacific

Vancouver - 99
Calgary - 97

Wildcard

Los Angeles - 96
Winnipeg - 96 (loses tiebreaker)

That sets up a LA/Anaheim and Calgary/Vancouver first round.

LA knocks off Anaheim, Calgary knocks off Vancouver, Calgary beats LA to go to the Western Final where they finally fall to St. Louis.

Jay Bouwmeester & Olli Jokinen win the Stanley Cup.

With today's win and OOT, we have a 71.1% chance of making the playoffs.

Just realized Engelland had another two points today. Good for him! He's really elevated his game since Gio went down.

Minnesota is at 95 points already and would have the tie breaker. You seriously see them losing the next 6 in regulation?????

I think he is already counting the Wild in and saying for the last wild card LA is in and Winnipeg is out on tiebreaker

I'm excited that they will continue to play meaningful games and it is almost April.

hehehe.

I was just watching Hartley's interview. He called our player "Mikael Granlund".

(That is his brother's name)

Of the teams currently in a playoff spot in the Western Conference, only two have scored more goals this season to date than the Calgary Flames.

When you consider the personnel of some of those teams, I find that remarkable.

Flames are fifth in the league in goals for. Definitely impressive, but how many teams have two 30-goal scorers?

Edit: Tampa Bay could possibly have three 30-goal men; no one else looks to be close to having more than one. Also, Iginla needs four more goals. Hope he makes it again.

Sorry but it's impossible for Nashville to finish 3rd in the Pacific.

I'll be the first one to admit that I didn't like us signing him, as I thought he was too small at the time we needed bigger forwards. He proved me wrong all right. He's been incredible this season playing with Monahan and Gaudreau.

A big win and some rare help on the OOT Scoreboard and we are back!!

Awesome choice of gif. Two will live, one will die.

Russell is now at 269 blocked shots on the season. Only 4 shots back of the recorded single season high (Anton Volchenkov, with 273 in 2006-07).

He'll get that in his sleep tonight.
