Last 2 games of the season. Kings and Jets... That's where it'll be won or lost

It is what we knew it would be.

The Kings shift on the winning goal was absolute dominance.

At least the Flames have the games against them and the Jets to end the season. There will be no excuses or unanswered questions.

Lots of hockey left to play.

Odd decision by Montreal to not play Price. This is not a back to back game and they still need all the points they can get to finish first overall for home advantage.

Flames are just not good enough this year. Playoff teams don't lose to Columbus, Dallas and Colorado when it counts. Injuries, fatigue and shaky goaltending are a recipe for early golf times. No idea why Hartley continues to run out Ramo, is hiller nursing an injury or something?

I hope I'm wrong but reality also has to factor into the thought process at some point.

Winnipeg has 9 shots and 3 goals? Is that right?

They're still butt-hurt about 1989 and someone else carrying the cup on their home ice.

And that is why I laughed at people who thought LA's road record in December actually matters.

?

The CBJ have beat the Ducks, Canucks, and Red Wings recently. They're also a legit team that's healthy.
Dallas have beat the Blackhawks, Capitals, and Penguins recently.
The Avs beat the Wild recently.

That's a sure lot of non-Playoff teams.

I wouldn't use the Kings as a measuring stick personally. That's not a playoff team, that's a dynasty.

Have faith everyone. Don't give up on the season because of the lousy OOT. The flames will go on a run to finish the season and make it.

If the top teams in the east can't beat the bubble teams in the west they may as well cancel the eastern portion of the playoffs. Let the western conference final be for the Stanley Cup
