The NFL makes an attempt to be consistent. The NHL has accepted make up calls, putting the whistle away in a tie game, cracking down on inteferference for a few weeks, and then letting everything go... and on and on. The NHL is pretty bush league in that regard.

I was thinking the exact opposite, I was going to commend him on not being a diver lol. I guess we have a different perspective. Looked to me like he was just focusing on skating and suddenly his legs were gone
