Friend Of Karla Homolka Victim Pens Angry Letter To Convicted Murderer

A friend of one of Karla Homolka's victims is speaking publicly for the first time, after news this week that the convicted killer has been volunteering at a Montreal elementary school.

Marcia Penner, who says she was best friends with Kristen French growing up, shared an open letter written to Homolka via Facebook, expressing her disgust.

"My letter ... is to inform you that although you are back in the 'spotlight' again, you have not, and will not EVER win," Penner wrote.
