stupid people rarely know they are stupid, it's part of the stupidity.
That's one of the best single survivor episodes ever.
His plan worked so well he outsmarted himself.

That right there was a lesson in 'How to get yourself voted off Survivor in 1 easy episode!'.
When has throwing a challenge ever worked out for anybody? That team could've kept steamrolling the other tribe (until the merge).
It's tough to pinpoint anybody who is playing a really excellent game right now as everybody seems to be making lots of mistakes and there don't seem to be any ironclad alliances at the moment. With the merge coming next week this thing is totally up in the air.

I think Kelley is playing well.
She's in the thick of things with the girls, is proving her worth in challenges and seems to be subtle about who she thinks should be voted out.
I think, for all his Lunacy, Drew was right. Kelley is an end-game threat.

She is under the radar right now. Last night was pretty much the first time she's even had any screen time. Reed doesn't seem to have any enemies right now, but I'm not sure that means he has a lot of friends either. The tribe just hasn't faced enough adversity yet to see where the allegiances stand.

If Drew's goal was to be remembered long after the season, he was successful. One of the most socially unaware players i've ever seen in the game.

Well, the team swap up worked pretty well. And it really brought out some of the aspects of Blood Vs. Water I've been wanting to see. Amusing to see that Coyopa still sucks at challenges, though. Which does lead to the interesting question of if the other tribe was winning since it was burning through food so fast.
I kinda think that Jon and Jaclyn went the wrong way on this one, though. I think that they would have done better with Dale and Kelley. Though..maybe the thinking is that Baylor and Missy will be easier to beat later in the game, which I would have to agree with, too.

I hope to god that was the reasoning behind Jon and Jaclyn going with Baylor and Missy.

Im glad there not giving Natalie more airtime, shes just super annoying.. its aggrivating.
Was hoping Julie would be more of a player at the merge, when John got voted out I figured she would hop ship to Josh's Alliance. With the Swap that wasnt really needed, infact there likely on other sides of that tribe.
Merge next episode, assuming Wes joins up with Keith, Baylor, Missy, Jon and Jacalyn it would be likely a 6 v 3 v 3 scenario and they could get control of this game. Although im still hoping Josh's alliance with teamup with Jeremy, Natalie (Wes) and Julie

So far this season hasn't been as good as the last few.. but still entertaining. Not a lot of great players on this cast. Things should heat up next week at the merge. I was sad to see Kelley go, she was one of the few who could play a strong game and on top of that she was in my opinion the best looking Survivor they have ever had.

Keith had balls of steel to not play his idol last night. That could be really powerful post-merge once he teams up with Wes. I don't think voting Dale out was the correct choice. Dale would've been more than happy to assist in voting Baylor off, and it would probably be a wise play to get rid of her and split up that twosome. Missy isn't a strong enough player to make any big moves by herself, and while Baylor isn't a very good player either, she could do a better job at being a $#!t disturber.

Baylor is interesting because she has a locked in vote where she is deciding.
Baylor plays her mom like a fiddle obviously, so what Baylor says goes. From that standpoint, that's a much stronger twosome than the other couples who are all approaching this from the position of peers with differing opinions.
It was the wrong play to vote off Kelley as well, but, the michigan couple doesn't strike me as the sharpest knives in the drawer.
I'd really laugh if they were victimized by Baylor and company in the next vote after siding with them twice.

Jeremy
Alec
Natalie
Julie
Baylor-Missy
Jaclyn-Jon
Josh-Reed
Wes-Keith
I don't remember there being this many couples left at the merge last time.. it will be interesting to see if they band together to vote out the singles, or turn in on each other and start trying to break up couples. If you vote out the singles you open yourself up to a major blindside if a few couples decide to side with them. If you leave the singles and go after the couples all of a sudden you will be the target as the remaining couple(s) vs. the singles.
First play I would do is break up Reed and Josh no matter which side I am on, and then start taking out some of the other threats like Jeremy, remaining Josh or Reed and Natalie.
I think right now Wes and Keith are a good sleeper to win this thing. They have an idol, which is huge. And they always seem to fly under the radar AND are well liked.

Pretty boring episode. Can't stand when people just quit because they don't want to be there anymore. Lame.

For anyone interested John Rocker is attacking anyone on twitter who is making fun of his girlfriend. The short version is everyone else is gay, ugly, pathetic, stupid and he doesn't care about the stupid game anyways. It's lost on him that his handle has the word book in it @johnrockerbook.

To me, it reinforces the stereotype that a lot of pretty girls want everything handed to them and aren't willing to work for it.

Was finally able to watch the episode. I'm disappointed, too. By now, just about anyone signing up for Survivor has to know what they are getting into. It can't be an easy decision, though...hell, I'm kind of embarrassed that I PICKED a quitter. No one wants that...and now most folks know that Julie is, which I think'll hang around with her for a while.

I like how in her defence, she used the classic "They don't like me because i'm pretty." line.
