But you won't see them on TV. And if you're not a Rogers customer, you're out of luck....Non-Rogers customers can sign up for NHL GameCenter Live but they won't see GamePlus in their apps. GamePlus is available exclusively to Rogers customers.

Worked good on my Xbox One last night but I'm not able to sign in using the iPhone app.
Keeps saying incorrect username, etc which I know isn't true. Any ideas?

I still cannot log in from a computer, didn't work at home and doesn't work here at work. Would a VPN be the issue? Can't see as my phone worked fine. Rogers "tech" support was useless.
Pain in the butt.

Of course, GCL subscribers ARE Rogers customers. We are paying Rogers for their service. Ergo, customers. So it's a kick in the sack not to receive the extras that are "exclusive" to Rogers "customers."
Meanwhile GCL costs 30% more than year ago, when Rogers didn't control it.
Jerks.

Go to settings and click log in through NHL instead of Rogers

So I've been doing some poking around, and following some threads on Unblock US support and come to a few conclusions/theories on Gamecenter this year.
There is now TWO types of GCL accounts. NHL.com accounts, and Rogers.com accounts
Basically the Rogers.com is a geo-locked account, meant to only work from Canadian IP's, and currently all Gamecenter URLs/Streams are being redirected based on Canadian IP addresses.
Rogers.com accounts:
Can only be logged into GCL while showing a Canadian IP, and can only log into Rogers branded websites/apps
NHL.com accounts:
Will work with all non-Canadian IP's and allow to login to all non-roger's branded website's/apps (Ex: NHL.com)
Mutli-cam/Rogersplus Features:
As further slap in the face, the cool new "ref cams" and "Rogers exclusive feeds" seem to be available to all NHL.com subscribers, but only a portion of Rogers.com subscribers, depending on if your a "Rogers customer". Which despite having given $200 to Rogers for GCL, you may not be considered a "Rogers customer" for these features.
I may be incorrect on this one.
Ok, so how do I avoid the Rogers Branded Apps?
In short, you can't, the iOS Apps (I suspect the same for android, can not confirm) are the same apps for both account types, however depending on the IP address used to access the app, a different login form is presented.
With location services in iOS I'd say the stand alone apps are more at risk to be "fixed" in the future to have additional location checks beyond IP/DNS.
Bottom line:
If you're a cord-cutter, and returning GCL customer you will likely be better off getting an NHL.com GCL account, as oppose to the more expensive Rogers.com GCL live account.
A Disclaimer:
It's possible the NHL plugs the loop-hole that allows Canadians to purchase a GCL account from NHL.com with some DNS rerouting. So if you go and purchase this account, there is no guarantee that it'll work for the balance of the NHL season.
I'm reasonably confident that GCL through the web browser will continue to work throughout the season if you have the NHL.com account. However the apps (iOS/Android/AppleTV/xbox/PS# etc) are more at risk of having additional geographical checks enabled later in the season.
So proceed at your own risk.
TL;dr: Rogers is no good.

If you are a Rogers customer then you have to log in through the GCL Rogers login. If you signed up through NHL.com then you use the NHL login. It's really not that difficult. Each account will not work on the other.

So I guess my VPN is killing me right now, can't login on the PC. Phone works as I logged in while on data. But,I can't seem to figure out how to rewind the game, I just started watching and I can only go back like 30 seconds. Bloody bush league if I can't start a game in progress from the beginning.

Well, the main reason I was wondering about my status is when I first go to the Non-Canadian GameCenter site it brings me to the sign-up page even though I'm already signed in. I have to choose the link for "Go to NHL GameCenter Live" in the top left corner. When it comes to the billing page I see the same thing as you, except that the CC info is filled in. No indication of a package or anything. When I sign out I see no indication of a free preview though, so that's a good sign. I also have access to the NHL Vault with my login. As an experiment I decided to purchase the package again from that same sign up page that I mentioned earlier. It rejected my sign up because it said that I had already purchased the package. To me that is a very good sign.

I currently have access to the Non-Rogers Gamecenter from my PC, my Android Phone, my old iPhone 4S, and my iPad. I subscribe to the Hide My Ass VPN service which has apps on the iOS and Android platforms.
One trick I have learned is that as soon as the stream has been verified and started through the VPN service, I can disconnect from the VPN and watch the game without it. This leads to fewer quality drops. For me this trick works on Windows, iOS and Android. I haven't tried to AirPlay it to my Apple TV yet though, so I don't know if that will work with the geofencing.

The login is GeoFenced, it doesn't matter who you signed up with or in what country you signed up in. When using a Canadian IP address I cannot access the regular GameCenter login. It re-directs to the Rogers GameCenter login page. My username and password do not work there. If I were a visitor from another country, with a valid GameCenter subscription, I cannot watch any hockey games while in Canada because it will send me to the Rogers login page that does not accept my credentials.

So I was extremely confused when I went to use GCL on my xbox today for the first time this season. The GCL app that I had "pinned" did not work, and initially I thought it was because I did not have an xbox live gold membership (the app says that this is a requirement in addition to the GCL subscription). So I signed up for a 1 year xbox live gold membership (around $50) expecting the app to work. It made no difference. So then I realized that there is a new app, with all this Rogers crap. Anyways, does this new app require the xbox live gold membership or did I just throw away 50 dollars?
