So im parked out front of the RBC at coventry hills. Some guy ina big truck next to me is sitting in the cab doing nothing. I start up the car, and as Im reversing he turns on his truck and starts backing out at the same time as me, and turning slightly to pull out. So I can either keep backing up and get into an accident with this A hole, or stop. So I stop.

Then 3 mins later on country hills to deerfoot Im going the speed limit in the left lane behind someone else also doing the speed limit. Some other guy in another huge truck comes barrelling between me and the guy just behind me in the right lane. Nearly clips me and the other guy. Doing 90 KM on country hills.

I'm not saying all people in trucks drive like A holes, but it seems like a lot of A holes on the roads here drive trucks.

That RBC parking lot is terrible, it's built for Smart cars.

I mean 17th Ave SE drives me crazy, but almost all the stuff there is just because people seem oblivious (looking at all the people who never ever go fully into their left turn lane thereby blocking an entire lane while they wait for 1 block long gap to open).

The 17th Ave stretch from 68th to Chesermere stretch though sees more asshattery than I've seen anywhere else. My favorite is people going westbound coming up on 100th Street who decide that everyone in front of them doing 80 isn't going fast enough so use the right hand turn lane to go through the intersection and cut in front of everyone.
