The Berra start??
And you believe HNIC? They know sweet bugger all about the Flames. My neighbor knows more than HNIC about the Flames....and she doesn't like hockey.

Yes, they played well, including Stempniak.

On the FAN they just said that if that game doesn't earn Ramo a start next game, they don't know what will. I agree with them 100 percent.

Can anyone else confirm Hartley said Berra would start? If true, that is absolutely insanely horribly pathetic.

But if Friedman had said the same thing in the same tone it does not get the same reaction. His point was the California trip is tough, Calgary got whipped yesterday and looked poor defensively in the first and that is all true.
He is a talking head on a poor intermission show that needs to be loud and extreme to get talking time with the bozos they have on the panel. I think people take his CBC comments way too seriously. I doubt he really cares about the Flames one way or the other and certainly doesn't care enough about them to hate them.

I disagree. Healy rarely has anything positive to say about the Flames even if they're playing well. I still remember the Detroit series back in '04 when he would never for one second give the Flames any credit for how well they were battling the mighty Red Wings. A lot of Flames fans noticed his disrespect and there was a "Healy Sucks" chant while him and the CBC crew were doing their pre-game before game 3 in Calgary. I honestly believe that POS has never let that go.

I'm pretty sure there was some green text involved in the Berra post

Well when the goalie doesn't give the opposition a freebie goal against the chances of winning increase. Ramo didn't give them any freebies tonight. Funny how the team can seem to win in LA but never in Anaheim.

Easily the best "door opener" to win a Stanley Cup and somehow create a career in broadcasting out of it.

The big thing tonight is the Flames limited the turnovers they usually make.

Suck it, Tom Hanks.

I hope the play of Backlund quiets the trade rumours. He has taken the opportunity to show the coaches he does belong with this team
