Strangely enough, one of the symptoms he mentioned, looking down and trying to track things bringing on a splitting headache, affects me. That's the only symptom I have, and had never thought about it until reading that. Huh...

Grapes just railed on these guys during this week's Coach's Corner. Man that guy is borderline senile and he's standing in line at the border-crossing. It's not that I disagree with him but he's such a blowhard. Hopefully the new NHL tv deal will be the end of Cherry.

In fact, if Mr. Cherry, who turns 80 in February, is willing, viewers will see much, much more of him once Rogers takes charge of hockey on national Canadian television starting with the 2014-15 season.

The man draws viewers. That's the only thing that matters in this business. Cherry is not going anywhere until Cherry chooses to retire.
