With all the hype Lebron gets for being able to guard all positions, I'd would've loved to see him attemp to guard guys like Hakeem or Shaq at their peek. He can barley guard Durant.
Thats not really fair to Lebron though, quality big men couldn't guard those two in their prime I wouldn't expect him to be able to come close to guarding Shaq or Hakeem.
Yeah, I think it's a legit move. His story might have given him a leg up over a handful of similarly-skilled replacement big men, but it's not like they passed over better players to sign Collins. And they probably figure they have the veteran lockerroom to handle any distractions.
Surprised to see no mention of two records that might make the NBA history books with one being downright UGLY and the other one being held down by the greatest NBA player ever.
The first being the 76ers 25 game losing streak which again is downright UGLY. At this point I think no doubt in peoples minds they are going to tie the longest losing streak ever with the Cavaliers as their next game is against the Rockets in Houston on Thursday. The other one that might make the NBA history books is KD who has scored at least 25 points in 35 consecutive games. MJ was the last do it and KD is only 5 back of tying his record of 40 games to do it. The record could be tied next Friday against the Rockets in Houston and broken all together two nights later against the Suns in Phoenix. As well just KD the MVP already as its over.
