Not a good period for Sven. Took a high stick to the nose which drew blood then that late hit.

Agreed. I love watching him, he's always making things happen out there. He clearly loves to join the rush, and seems to make smart decisions about when to do so.

And of course, whenever there's a ruckus, his head is always in the middle of it.... surveying the chaos from above.

That guy that was mouthing off to Kanzig is going to regret that decision.

Well, that would be nice, but even if he comes remotely close to Lucic it would be considered a home run hit of a draft pick.

He's played well the past week or so, but he's got a ways to go yet.

Yea, that kid has about 10 seconds to live first shift they are on together.

...roughly quoting Kanzig. Some parts weren't repeatable.

Not to be a debby downer. But lets not forget that Ferland may have put the chap he assaulted through a bit of adversity as well. I'd say he had to "endure" a bit too.

For a bit, had an AHL deal with the Heat. Calgary kid, played for the Hitmen too.

If Granlund and Ferland have real chemistry, it will help both push towards the NHL. They could just keep going in the AHL without losing momentum.
