If Chelsea win tomorrow, win the Cup and finish top-4 in the Prem do Bradford not get a Europa League place?
I'm not 100% certain, but I think it's the FA cup where the runner-up would qualify. In your scenario I believe the next highest finisher in the EPL would qualify, not Bradford.

Bizarre situation at Swansea. Hazard apparently kicks a ball boy and is sent off! Very strange. Listening to audio so I don't know exactly what happened, but the commentators aren't too sympathetic to Hazard.
What just happened in Swansea? Guess I won't see hazard at griffin park on Sunday

Ball boy was being an immature prat, but you can't kick a kid. That is a total brain explosion.
I am a Chelsea fan and I agree that it is a red. Bizarre thing to happen, but has to be red.
If I were Chelsea I would be in full damage control, presenting Hazard with a fine and a set of community appearance obligations, like coaching clinics, to show his real character, and to show that this act was a brain explosion for which he is genuinely remorseful.
