My brother and I decided to make our own Vietnamese subs once. We did everything from scratch including pickling the carrots. But here's the secret: I had the idea to use homemade Alberta-style ginger beef as the meat. We could have died happy after one bite. Greatest sandwich of my life.

Definitely one of the better options in Chinook, good meats, cheeses, and spreads. Just wish they had more options for vegetables, only lettuce, tomato, and onions are available. WTB jalapenos.

I just had Mauro's proscciutto sandwich for lunch. It was definitely very good, but $13 is pretty steep for a sandwich in my opinion.

Mauro is super expensive, but better than the $9 piece of crap I had at Chachi's. That place is terrible. At least $10 to get an "OK" sandwich.

I really don't mine Submission in the Watermark town. The jalapeno bread is great, and the tuna with hot sauce is a pretty good, simple sandwich.
