I don't know if I should even craft at all. I should get to 7 coals soon. Maybe I should just hold onto them, then again the chances of winning any of the grand prizes is one in a million.

Got a few games today.

Worms Reloaded is a repeat for me and has a Steam Holiday Objective for it.

Willing to trade it for anything even remotely decent, or something that has an Objective that I don't have, and can toss in some other games or coupons etc if needed.

Current List:

Bunch of Coal
Worms Reloaded
Flight Control HD - Might just use this one for me and get the Objective, but willing to toss it in if something good comes along.
Sol Survivor
Frozen Synapse - Also has an objective for it.

50% OFF Valve

One of the games says 'Not available in your region.', some sort of block puzzle game. What is this and why can't I have it? It is tempting me...

My view is that the chances of getting a prize in the raffle are insignificant. You have a much higher chance of getting a decent game by crafting - but it's still not a good chance.

But it's fun.

Seems I need to do that trade achievement, but I don't know how. Coal for coal, or you can have Mount&Blade with Fire and Sword. Maybe someone here can help me out.

Deus Ex is 66% off. Good chance to get the DLC mission for cheap.

The Binding of Isaac challenge has been a bitch to get. A little grindey for a holiday achievement because whether or not the room appears is based on chance and it's not trivial to get there in the first place. Maybe it's my luck but it's just not happening for me. If I can't get it within an hour while slightly tipsy, it's not in holiday spirit as far as I'm concerned.

Had a look at your inventory, do you just have coupons now or is Steam just hiding the other stuff? I know it hides coals.

Is the DLC a good buy? I haven't played the main game yet (I want to finish DE1 and DE2 first, but found DE1 hard to get into).

As far as the achievements go, the one for AI Wars was pretty sucky. Lose 30,000 units.

Still have all my games except Flight Control, since it is an objective today, I unpacked it.

As for hard achievments, I picked up AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! for the Awesome and it is near impossible to complete all 6 drops with 4 stars or better. I am also having a hard time with Dungeon Defenders, but I think I just need to find someone to do the map with.

I don't know, just downloading it myself. The problem with DLC is usually just that it's overpriced and I think that was the only issue with this one.

The Fallout New Vegas DLC are all 75% off now too, along with the main game. Haven't played them, but at least one of them is supposed to be pretty good.

It's not too bad. Took me an hour to do. Don't forget to get the Glove so you can flip off or thumbs up crowd members on the one map with all the platforms with people on them. Easy 4 stars once you have the glove, pretty much impossible without it. The others just take practice.

Doing that achievement really made me play that game a ton more. It's really fun!

I never played the originals and I don't intend to. The stories don't really have much to do with each other and it's hard to play such dated games if you don't have the nostalgia factor of playing them back in the day. Not sure why DE slipped through my radar then.

The Super Meat Boy achievement is ridiculous, but there apparently less legitimate ways of doing it if you're struggling.

Is Command & Conquer 4 any good? I remember it got some mediocre reviews, but i'm curious if the on-line was any good. 5 bucks is pretty cheap

I played for hours and everytime I got to Satan's room it was just the trade and not the fight. Pretty neat game though.

Got the achievement by editing the text file in steamapps. How's that for holiday spirit?
