It's seemingly unfindable right now, might have to give it a day or two.

She gets her own series because she is cute, can act and is funny. Not sure that the problem is. The supporting cast was hilarious as well.

Seems silly to not like a series because some radio promo's bug you, but that's just me.

Just watched New Girl, really funny show. Like others have mentioned, sucks Wayans Jr. is leaving, but hopefully the new person they bring in is funny. Hopefully this show stays funny throughout the season.

Really disappointed in Terra Nova. Horrible acting, pretty boring story overall and filled with every cliche in the book. No more episodes for me. What a waste of an opportunity.

Really wanted it to be my new Lost, but this show isn't even in the same stratosphere as Lost.

Another show with the super cute little girl, the cardboard cutout middle child, the uber annoying male teenager with daddy issues who you hope dies in the end. The wisecracking yet somewhat stern father with a history, and the wife who of course is the rational heart of the family.

You have the evil guy with the sinister glare, the hot teenage girl love interest. Throw in some whiz bang cars, a plot line that they pretty much gave away in the first two hours that could have been drawn out.

And terrible crappy garbage unrealistic CGI that makes you cry out for two guys in a rubber suit.

Stunted lines, bad performances, hey we outnumber our enemies and they have ammo shortages and we obviously don't but we'll let them squat on a vital resource and negotiate with them?

WTF.

Hey going outside is against the rules, but we'll leave teenager sized holes in the fence and leave the keys to the car laying around.

Oh and the countdown is on for the cute Dinosaur orphan baby that can utter catch phrases. WE'll name him Snurkles, and he can play the Banjo.

Terra Nova was predictable, had sloppy plot lines and was a little cliched. . . but I thought it was ok. I'll keep watching it for a while I think.

Also, I'm not sure why people think of Lost as being the gold standard of television. I thought it was a mismash of awkward plots and inane twists that people thought was brilliant. I found Lost to be infuriating to watch.

I agree with you about Lost, and the reason why I distrust shows with long running plot lines as their central premise is that you are almost guaranteed that they'll go with the dumbest most predictable ending after they deny that its the ending thats coming.

"Oh no gentle view, the Island in lost is not a wating room for the dead or pergutory or hell, its much cooler then that. . . . way cooler, and way more awesome. And that man in black in the breakfast scene, he's bone jarringly awesome, not a revenge driven man with mommy issues like every other cliched villian in ever T.V. show"

I know nothing about this actress or this series. If you heard the radio spots, you would agree with me that they are annoying. It sounds like she has a mouthful of marbles when she speaks. Not the best advertisement for the show, and it plays about every 15 minutes on the Fan 960.

I agree . . . . . .

First day for a teenager on a dinosaur infested world.

He's escorted from the drop zone to the camp by heavily armed and clearly jumpy guards.

He hears the diabolical roars coming out in the jungle.

Then says: "I think I'll skip orientation and go see for myself!!! Unarmed!!!"

Bleh.

Of course, I could never get through a single episode of "Lost" so . . . . .

Don't think that Lost is the "gold standard", just simply really enjoyed the show and for commercial television, it was a breath or fresh air.

Terra Nova is not. Won't waste my time on it anymore. You thought Lost was not very good, but you'll keep watching the super-cliched and absolutely awful acting within Terra Nova?

LOL...it's not about being picky. My wife and I both burst out laughing a couple of times when the lead touch guy on Terra Nova spit out a couple of supposed serious lines. It was that bad...

Yup, I don't think the shows going to last all that long, or the key villian dies as he's already filming another T.V. series.

I kinda figured the same thing as you Cow, and on top of that, if I'm in the jungle, standing over a massive waterfall and I hear something shrieking close by like that, I think I'm heading for the freaking car thanks, not continuign to explore a place that you know has Dinosaurs.

Agreed. Not a bad show at all. I have been spoiled with big budget effects, so some of the shots of the dinosaurs felt like a step down. Other than that, it is pretty much what I expected. The characters will become more natural as the roles develop. Pilots within this genre usually feel a little corny as they drive home what they want you to expect from the characters and plot.

I was actually a little impressed with the foresight put into the logic of the premise. The alternate time thread, becoming accustomed to oxygen levels and food, etc.

I'll be tuning in next week, and for the foreseeable future.

You're telling me you wouldn't risk a couple Dinosaurs for some cute tail?

The moody teenager is just like you when you were younger CC, breaking the rules and chasing girls.

In fact, are you or are you not the Dad from TerraNova. Be honest here.
