They have one. Every March. Shine up the ol' Doc Martens, lather up the skull and you'll fit right in. The police will even bring a Calgary Transit bus when it's done.

And yes, what happens in Uganda is relevant. Here in Canada we have a Prime Minister who, as a lobbyist, actively campaigned against Gay Rights on the steps of the House of Parliament less that a decade go. Given his druthers (and probably half his inner cabinet) the Human Rights advances of the last 40 years would be summarily rescinded. At this point he's politicaly astute enough not to press the issue, but let's make no mistake as to where he really stands.

First World infected with Bronze Age religion is not remarkably different than that of Uganda.
