I was always under the impression that the glut of over-autotuned crap is Cher's fault.

Well Cher could actually sing (at one point). She used autotune as a new novel effect and it was only for one of her songs of a hundred.
I'd rather blame the hip hop and pop industry 10 years later and it's glut of stars who can't actually sing to using it to ridiculous lengths. Akon made an entire freaking album out of autotune.
Not at all, as I've said, I would rather start with LA over any of the other WC playoff teams. Bunch of underachievers who look good on paper but don't even deserve to be in the playoffs.
Saw this yesterday and didn't bite because I hate this kind of thing so much. This morning I caved and all I can say is......wow.
