I dunno, the West Indies cricket team had some pretty scary dudes playing for them in the 80's & 90's. Just look up Curtly Ambrose.

And as much as I want to see my kiwi boys do well, I got a bad feeling about the South African game. Hopefully Ross Taylor can break out another big innings.

^ No kidding, Viv and them boys were scary beasts.

As for as Kiwis vs Saffies, I don't think this will be much of a battle. Africa should win easy.

Well that went about as badly as it could have for the Windies. Ouch.

Clinical win! Heck of a game tonight, too. India vs Australia. Winner will face Pakistan in the semis next week. Imagine an India vs Pakistan semifinal? I don't think anyone will be working that day!

Great win for Pakistan, just didn't give Windies any room at all. I'm really surprised by Hafeez's perfomance, he pressured Aussies and now with the new ball choked the Windies.

Pakistan vs India will be epic. I don't think the Indian gov't wanted Pakistan making this far and having a chance to play in India.

Game of the quarters tonight, No 1 (Aus) vs No 2 (India) in the ICC ODI rankings. I'm expecting big things from this game considering both teams haven't played their best cricket yet.

India begin their chase now. 261 to win on a pitch that's falling apart.
It'll all depend on the master, Tendulkar.

That Brett Lee over that went for 14 runs was probably the turning point. Aussies look like they are in self destruct mode after the misfield and wide that went for 4. Yuvraj Singh taking complete control.

Assuming India finish this off, India vs Pakistan will be epic.

Tendulkar does it again! Perhaps the greatest of all time?? Or close to??

Glad to see Yuvraj step up big time.
This match will be epic but I have doubts regarding India's ability to beat Pakistan based on their recent track record with big matches.

Somethings don't change and Saffies choking is one of them. Smith won't be the captain of that side after yet another failure.

Sri Lanka chased down England's total without losing a wicket. England made 229/6 in 50 overs. Sri Lanka chased it down in the 40th over.

Here are your semi-final match ups:

Sri Lanka vs New Zealand @ Colombo - March 29th @ 0900 GMT
India vs Pakistan @ Mohali - March 30th @ 0900 GMT

CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS MATCH!!!! It is possible that this will be the most watched cricket match ever in the history. I even read somewhere that there is over $1B in bets for this match... I wonder if the mafia can impact the result of this match....
