Nope. Definitely not a Pep player.
I'd love a Suarez for Gomez swap, but Gomez isnt a Rodgers player either as Rodgers is just a Pep copycat.

if he wants to play the same system the only other two quality false 9s out there I can think of are Suarez and Rooney
unless he wants to turn Goetze in to the Messi role which I have seen Raphael Honingstein say is possible
Either way it's likely going to be
New Striker
Goetze/Kroos/Muller
or
Goetze
new AM/Kroos/Muller

I wonder if England's Brave John Terry considers the Europa league important enough to get in full kit for the celebration
I hope Chelsea win, solely so that all their fans can continue to look like idiots after complaining about Rafa all season, when outside of a fluky cup run to the CL the team is better in every way this year with him

Benfica have lost 6 European finals ever since Bela Guttmann cursed them for firing him

I really see Goetze as their future holder.
I think Fabregas could work for them too.

So with Chelsea winning the Europa Championship, I think history has shown this is the right time to fire their manager.

Oh, I think he'd be leaving regardless.

Reading various articles it just sounded like he has had enough. He has been all over the world for years and years. Wins yet another championship and goes out on a high note. Gets to return home and go on with his family life and whatever else he wants to do.
Great player and and a fabulous career. I'd say his timing as usual was good.

When asked "Why now?" Beckham replied:
"I think over the years, when I've seen players retire — when you ask them about it, they always say 'You know when you're ready.' And I think I know when I'm ready. I think I'm ready. Obviously it's a difficult decision because I still feel I can play at the top level — and still have done for the last six months. But I always secretly said to myself that I want to go out at the top."

ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I will always remember some of the free kicks d becks but you haven't been at the top level in 8 years
