The biggest issue with variable routes, where the receiver makes a read and the QB makes a read.
It looks like the receiver wanted to settle more in the middle, Rourke read that he was going to continue through the mesh. Hilarity ensued.

Great half by the club....D was a bit shaky on a couple series but other than that....nothing to really criticize.

Well the narrative coming in was Cgy was going to run the ball in an attempt to keep Rourke off the field, so Im guessing DD and crew played a little switcheroo and game planned around the passing game instead.
Now they can go heavy on the ground and BC will be guessing on D after getting burned through the air.
